Despite the tremendous advances in modern medicine, the rise in lifestyle-related diseases has not been halted in recent decades.
More and more people are struggling with fatigue, stress, sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, or metabolic issues.
We now know that many of these problems are related to lifestyle, the environment, and habits.
Our goal is to help people understand these connections and give them the tools to work with them.

The cornerstone of our educational program is a series of live public and private lectures and workshops held at the Synergy Club, at companies, or at sports clubs.
