Do I need to book a spot?
No – just come in and get started.

Is the gym often crowded?
The busiest time is usually around 6 p.m. on weekdays, but even then you’ll still find space to train or relax. Come anytime – or give us a call if you want to be sure.
What if I want a trainer sometimes?
No problem. Just call ahead so we can make sure one of our coaches is available.
Can I try training or wellness first, for example with a single entry?
Yes. If it’s your first time here, you can enjoy a free 90-minute entry to explore everything. If you’d like to stay longer, it’s just 100 CZK per extra hour.
Do you offer nutrition advice or consultations with specialists?
Yes. We provide consultations on nutrition, supplements and also holistic lifestyle coaching – covering energy, motivation and long-term health. Just reach out and book a consultation.
Can I use Multisport at the gym?
Absolutely. With Multisport you can use the whole gym for 90 minutes – plenty of time to train or relax. If you want to stay longer, it’s just 100 CZK per extra hour. With VIP membership, your time is unlimited.
What’s the rule for swimwear in wellness?
In the sauna you enter without swimwear, using a towel or sheet. In the whirlpool, swimwear is required.
Do I need to book massages?
Yes, massages should be booked in advance. Relaxing massages are usually available within a few hours, while specialized or physio sessions depend on therapist availability.
Can you advise me on recovery routines?
Of course. We’ll help you set up recovery tailored to your needs, training style and stress levels – so you can boost your resilience. Just book a consultation.
Do I need to arrange a consultation in advance?
Yes, it’s best to book ahead. That way we have enough time for you and can provide the best care possible.
Are consultations available online?
Yes. Online consultations are possible – it’s up to you what works best. We’ll always agree on the most suitable format depending on the topic.
What does “holistic approach” mean?
It means we don’t just look at muscles – but at your whole body and mind. Training, nutrition, sleep, biorhythms, recovery – everything is connected. When the system works together, results follow.
Are lifestyle consultations suitable for complete beginners?
Definitely – in fact, they’re most important for beginners. By understanding your body early, you can prevent many injuries and health issues, and gain the energy and motivation you need.
