Julie – As a kid, I picked up skates instead of dolls and kept falling on the ice. Later, I competed in bikini fitness. Today, I teach people that the gym isn’t a torture chamber and salad isn’t a punishment. We look for ways to train, eat, and still live fully – and yes, sometimes enjoy that cake, guilt-free.
