• The visitor must be at least 15 years old to actively use our facility. Younger visitors (7-14 years old) must be accompanied by the legal representative of a trainer. This person takes full responsibility of the security and of the young visitor and is obligate to keep full attention to this visitor during the full visit. The environment of the Club is considered highly dangerous is not recommended at all for younger children (0-7 years old). In such a case, the parent is obligate to fully control the movement of the child in the Club and preclude the usage of machines.

• The visitor is obligate to remove shoes by the reception of the Club. There is a clean zone recognizable by every entrance to the Club. We recommend putting on exercise shoes immediately in this area. Removed shoes can be store in the locker room or in shoe rack by the reception of the Club.

• The visitor always orders the demanded service by the reception and pays immediately. Base on this action, the visitor will receive a chip which will let the visitor to the locker room, eventually to the wellness. There will be a consumption account opened and the visitor can enter the full are of the Club. The visitor will receive the tax invoice after payment of all consumed items when leaving the facility.

• The visitor is obligate to store all valuable items (jewellery, watch, money, etc.) by the reception of the Club. The Club takes no responsibility of loss of such items in case of storage somewhere else than the reception of the Club.

• The Club takes no responsibility of left personal belongings such as cell phones at the charging docks, etc.

• The visitor is obligate to use clean, sport clothes and always sturdy shoes during the workout. The reception of the Club has the right to expel the visitor who do not follow this policy.

• Every visitor using the fitness part of the Club is obligate to have towel and use it. There is an option of rent of the towel by the reception of the Club. There must be the towel under every bare part of the visitor’s body that is in direct contact with fitness machines.

• The visitor of the Club is obligate to use every fitness machine with care and only for its purpose. The reception willing to give instruction about the usage of fitness machines after request. Always use safety collars with all free weights! If the visitor uses the fitness machine wrong and ignore instructions of the receptionist, the receptionist has the right to expel such a visitor. If the visitor damages any of the fitness machines (deliberately or unintentionally), the visitor is obligate to defray all expenses regarding the machine. All weights and equipment must be neatly stacked after use.

• We strongly appeal to use disinfection to clean fitness machines after use to keep high hygiene level and leave fitness machines clean for other visitors. You can find all cleaning supplies need on our cleaning stations.

• The visitor can use our bar for refreshment during the workout. The visitor can use plastic bottles with no limitation, however, glasses and nutrition supplements are limited for lounge area around the bar only. The visitor is obligated to return empty glasses to the reception and put other possible garbage to the trash.

• The visitor will return the chip and rented towel after the workout to the reception and control all personal belongings (The Club takes no responsibility of left personal belongings left in the Club). The visitor then pays the consumption bill by the reception.

• Do not interrupt other visitors during their visit in the Club. Be respectful and considerate to other visitor of the Synergy Club Andel.

• The visitor is obligate to follow, and respect opening hours of the Club and leave the facility and pay the consumption bill before the closing hours of the Club. We believe that the following of these undemanding rules and policies will help us create friendly and respectful atmosphere in safe and pleasant environment where people find what they need and have a great time.
