INDIVIDUAL APPROACH,

We created for you a brand-new fitness facility with modern CYBEX (USA) fitness machines and many other verified technologies. Our Club consists from four parts (Cardio, Fitness, Functional zone and Strength zone). Cardio zone consists of modern treadmills, bikes and cross simulators ARC with USB connection and charging cables for your electronic devices. In the Functional Zone you can find TRX kits for exercising with your body weight, power bags, kettlebells, steppers, beams, gym sticks, tension resistance bands, BOSU, pads and others. Fitness Zone will offer you modern one-position machines with broad variety of exercises where you can choose the most efficient one for you.

We divided Strength Zone into two parts. In the first Free Weight Zone you can use standard machines such as Bench Press or Leg Press and other exercise with free weights. In the second Play Load Zone we are very proud on modern bilateral machines, where you can work out each part of the body separately so there is no danger in deterioration of possible disbalances.

You will always exercise with high efficiency according to modern standards using modern machines by CYBEX brand. Our staff is ready to help and assist you with your training.

Our Synergy Club Andel is situated in Hotel Andel’s by Vienna House in Smichov, Prague 5. This location is perfectly accessible for every kind of public transport with car parking inside the building. There is also a synergy with other facilities in the neighbourhood such as restaurants, shops, bars, theatres, etc.
